To provide holistic patient care, to teach the science and art of cardiovascular medicine and to promote research in various fields of cardiology.
Vision
To be an independent unit of the Cardinal Santos Medical Center that is equipped with facilities, technical manpower and cardiovascular specialists with the primary task of patients afflicted with cardiac and vascular diseases.
