February is Heart Month, a time to put the spotlight on our cardiovascular health. A month long event celebrated by weekly events at the CSMC outpatient department. From lay forums on hypertension and diabetes to focusing on cardiovascular health through exercise and nutritional health.

A very special and fruitful day last February 15, 2025 with the Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Cardinal Medical Charities Foundation Incorporation, Cardiovascular Institute and the Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation.

Heart Month was concluded by a lay forum on obesity and nutrition by our Dietary services department.
Let’s get physical! A Zumba session was held at the CSMC Medical Arts Building to promote active lifestyle and prevent cardiovascular disease.
