Altogether we celebrated Heart Fitness Day by participating in our favorite sports such were basketball, volleyball, badminton, and ping-pong, with healthy snacks and thirst quenchers awaiting.
Today we were reminded to prioritize our heart health through simple yet powerful actions even by just doing a brisk walk, eating heart-smart foods, or managing stress, because every step counts toward a stronger, healthier heart.
